I had to make the awful decision to say a final goodbye to my beloved rescue Greyhound Dougal recently due to the onset of pancreatic cancer. He had just celebrated his 10th Birthday and we had had the pleasure of knowing him for eight of those years. I had seen your lanterns and thought I would have a go at making one, then because of recent events I had the idea of changing the original dogs head on your free design to that of a Greyhound. I had already purchased the Greyhound svg file some time ago. I have your Lovely Layering Course and was able to put what I had learnt from that to good use when it came to changing the head of the dog. Thank you.

Crafty fox made as a Christmas present. The fox is her favorite animal and this makes a wonderful night light for her bedroom.

Because I raise, show and rescue Shetland Sheepdogs and French Bulldogs I love these dog images. All projects were made using 65 # cardstock to be hung in my kennel room. Each project (Shelties) represent only 3 of the colors that Shelties come in, and the Frenchies are done in the colors of mine (Benny is a Fawn with Black Mask, and Izzy is a Red Fawn).

Needed a card for college student care package and this Sarah design was perfection. Resized to 4” and it cut easily.

My son and his girlfriend have “fur babies”. For her birthday I made a papercraft picture of each one of them using Sarah’s designs, then followed her instructions for making layered designs and how to personalize the animals to have them match your own pets. I had a great time, learned a lot, and the pictures made her cry, though that was not my intention. I later added the picture of Echo. He was her older dog. She had to leave him behind with her mother when she moved to MT. He passed away not to long ago and my son asked if I would include a picture for him.

I have a Borgi (Border Collie Corgi mix) named Wilson and just had to make the border collie with shorter legs! For the gnome, I used shinny paper for the sunglasses and moved the hands around so it looks like he is petting Wilson. I just love Sarah’s designs and they are so easy to work with!
