Custom Flower Lanterns
Learn how to design your own watering can lanterns like the ones available here and customize them with your own imagery.
If you’ve been admiring our premade watering can lanterns, but wishing for different blooms in the top, this Class is what you need!
Here’s what my custom watering can looks like, after the videos in this Class. I love the bright colours and the fun, retro theme.

What’s included?
Transform our templates with your own flowers, or choose from the wide range of flowers, leaves and decorations included in the Class.
I’ll show you how to position your flowers for the best effect, how to add stems, how to build up leaves and decorations and then – most crucially – how to join all the layers together so that your lantern will cut perfectly.
You’ll be able to design your own lanterns, just like these:
As part of this Class, I’ve provided a blank template version of the watering can lantern, as well as all the graphics and imagery that I use in the lessons, so you can follow along exactly to learn the steps.
Or, jump straight in with your own custom images or SVGs – it’s completely up to you!
Each lesson is recorded separately in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio* and CanvasWorkspace, so you can follow along whether you have a Cricut, Silhouette or ScanNCut machine.
* Note that the Silhouette Studio tutorials require Designer Edition or higher. You cannot follow the steps in the free/Basic/Standard edition of Silhouette Studio as it lacks the necessary features.
