Many Easter decorations were made out of paper this year, but the bunny and chick are extra special, as they were requests from my nephews (ages 8 and 5) and they helped create them.

Inspired by Sarah's "Fractured Cards", I created an Easter version, using two color variations of the same digital paper, taking care for the pattern to be continuous throughout the panel. For the bunny, I kit-bashed a design bought from the Silhouette Design Store by Abelha de Papel.

I made these two small Easter baskets for my neighbors. One is a little cheeky coming out of an egg and then one is a basket with a cheeky and some eggs in the front.I put some dove chocolate in them and I’m going to give them it on Friday.

Just love this pack of Easter Egg Dogs. I played around with some different coloured card and just had to include a black and white Shih Tzu as we lost our 15 year old last November. A little nod to my gorgeous boy!

The eclipse cards are so cute! I love the different designs that Sarah creates when working with paper craft. I found this one while reviewing the tutorials. I belong to a coffee group and do crafts for their gifts and cards. They love getting them. The way the picture can be seen under the cut title is so unique. Happy Easter everyone!

Easter pot

I began with a file from Craft with Sarah (Easter Flower Pot with Tulips) and added two background panels - a purple for the very back and a lilac on which I cut out the word EASTER and ironed-on the word Happy. For the word EASTER, I added some bridges to convert the font to a stencil format so that it would layer well. This was a lot of fun and will definitely not be my last shadow box. I think I am hooked!
