Learn how to build up images/SVGs to create custom backgrounds for your craft projects.
All images/SVGs shown are included in the course, so you can follow along with me exactly. Or, choose your own images for your backgrounds – you’re in charge!

What’s included?
Learn how to design your own detailed backgrounds for use in shadow boxes or greetings cards.
This Class contains two parts. The first part shows how to build up “flat” backgrounds where all the different pieces of cardstock are glued together.
Part 2 develops the technique further, showing how to turn that flat background into one that can be layered up with foam squares for a 3D effect.
Each lesson is recorded separately in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio* and CanvasWorkspace, so you can follow along whether you have a Cricut, Silhouette or ScanNCut machine.
* Note that the Silhouette Studio tutorials require Designer Edition or higher. You cannot follow the steps in the free/Basic/Standard edition of Silhouette Studio as it lacks the necessary features.
