About 'Christmas Luminaries SVG Files'
Light up your home this Christmas with these three paper luminary designs.
Choose from snowflakes, angels or gifts - or make all three for a beautiful festive display!
These easy-to-make paper lanterns would be a great project for kids to make this Christmas season.
Use battery powered candles or fairy lights to light up the design and shine through the darkness of these cold December nights!
This project is part of 2020's Christmas Craft Countdown.
Materials list for Christmas paper lanterns
- A digital cutting machine such as a Cricut Maker or Cricut Explore
- A light-grip Cricut mat
- Free SVG cutting files
- Coloured card (light card works better than heavier)
- Double sided tape
- Glue (I use tacky glue which is quick to dry and it dries clear)
- Tissue paper / Vellum
- Fairy lights or a battery powered candle (I found these lights work best)
Watch this step-by-step video to find out how to make these cute luminaries.
The video is for the Halloween version of these luminaries, but it's the same process for these Christmas designs!
